COMSOL Workshop

COMSOL Workshop: 11th April 2017, 10:00 am – 12:00 am – School of Engineering, University of Birmingham

COMSOL has developed a novel solution for simulating complex physical behaviour, a product called COMSOL Multiphysics.  COMSOL Multiphysics has emerged as one of the leading finite element solutions for multiphysics modelling.  It is used widely, worldwide, in research and development – in industry, government research laboratories and academia.  In the UK our customers include Airbus, University of Birmingham, University of Oxford, EADS Innovation, BAE Systems and the National Physical Laboratory.  COMSOL Multiphysics caters to cross-disciplinary branches of physics and engineering including but not limited to those working in mechanical engineering, fluid dynamics, acoustics, and chemistry applications.

UKACAM is hosting a COMSOL Workshop in the conference at the University of Birmingham on April 11th tailored to academics and engineers. This is an opportunity to learn about our software’s capability with hands-on exercises in our software guided by one of our dedicated application experts.  All attendees receive a two-week trial of our software to evaluate its capabilities and potential for their research needs.
